Making an appointment with us:

If you or your doctor want to make an appointment with us, simply call our office toll-free at 866-621-NVCA (6822). We'll be happy to schedule an appointment for you at any of our three locations. Same-day visits for urgent care are available, as well as round-the-clock emergency care either in our offices or at the hospital (Waterbury Hospital or St Mary's Hospital).

If you need to reach us:

We make sure someone is available to answer your call at all times. If you have a non-urgent call, such as scheduling an appointment, refilling a prescription or asking a question that is not an emergency, we can accommodate you best if you call us during our regular office hours.

If you have an urgent concern or emergency after office hours, on the weekend, or on a holiday, please call our regular office line 866-621-6822 and speak with our answering service. Give them a brief description of your situation. One of our doctors or nurses will call you right back.
