Dr. Malincs and Dr. Antonopoulos are affiliated with Waterbury Hospital and St. Mary’s Hospital of Waterbury. Our physicians and staff actively participate in community programs, health screening, lectures and special events devoted to the education and prevention of heart disease.

Medical Insurance

Naugatuck Valley Cardiovascular Associates, LLC participates in most medical insurance plans. If you are not sure if we participate with your plan, please check with your insurance plan or your employer. We will also be happy to assist you in determining if our physicians are members of your plan.

If you participate in an HMO Plan that requires a referral to see a specialist, we will need that referral in our office prior to your appointment. Some plans that require referrals are Cigna, Aetna and Anthem. Please be sure to call your Primary Care Physician (PCP) to make sure your referral is in place before your visit. We will do everything possible to assist you in this process.

When making your first visit to our office, please be sure to bring your insruance ID card, a referral from your PCP (if required), and any prescription medications you may be taking

Your co-pay and any balance not covered by your insurance is due at the time of your office visit.
